Welcome to John Manlove Marketing & Communications. Our 15,000-square-foot facility fosters the creative development and integrated media we are known for. It is located at 5125 Preston Ave. in Pasadena — we're near the corner of south Beltway 8 and I-45 (the Gulf Freeway).

If you're coming from I-45 or heading east on Beltway 8, exit at Genoa–Red Bluff/Preston/Crenshaw and turn left at the second light, which is Preston.

If you're coming from Highway 225, heading southwest on Beltway 8, exit at Fairmont Parkway and turn right at the third light, which is Preston.

meeting space

JMMC has a large conference room that comfortably seats 24 (and more if necessary). The room can be arranged board room style with one long table (seats 12) or can be rearranged with three work stations (seating 8 at each table). Call us if you are interested in reserving this space for your next meeting. Our large cafe is close by and is available for caterers to set-up for snacks, luncheons and dinners. Creative inspiration comes standard with any space.
