John Manlove Marketing & Communication’s “We’ve Arrived” television commercial wins best in country

Houston, Texas January 21, 2016- The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) has chosen John Manlove Marketing & Communication’s “We’ve Arrived” television commercial as best in the country at the 36th Annual National Sales and Marketing Awards in Las Vegas. “We’ve Arrived” was created and produced for Bridgeland a Howard Hughes Corporation Development in Cypress, Texas.

The 60″ TV spot features scenes of residents enjoying Bridgeland, an 11,400-acre master planned community that offers a stunning blend of nature and modern amenities to residents. The agency’s goal was for viewers of the T.V. spot to experience and discover the unique beauty of Bridgeland – and based on the response, the music and message are resonating.

The NationalsSM pays tribute to superior sales and marketing achievements by individual professionals, homebuilders and associates, and sales and marketing organizations. The nation’s largest competition for sales and marketing professionals and communities, The NationalsSM showcases winners in distinguished national, regional, and local publications. The competition is presented by the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC), a council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), along with Wells Fargo Home Loans.
